- establish basic business practices and processes needed to grow and monitor business;
- develop and assist with:
- branding,
- marketing,
- product pricing matrix,
- logistics,
- retail/channel launch strategy and search,
- select and negotiate with manufacturer’s representatives to represent the Company to its retail customers; and
- develop a financial and launch plan to attract the capital necessary to execute the business
development plan created by RHG.
