Daniel Kasper, Senior Director at RHG Solutions, brings our clients the benefit of decades of experience in both domestic and international executive general management leadership roles. Holding P&L responsibility from from small privately held firms to Fortune 200 organizations, he brings high-level expertise to solving strategy, implementation, and execution issues.

Daniel works with owners and their leadership teams to develop and implement consistent operating systems in a wide variety of service and manufacturing industries. He coaches and counsels at every step of the way — from defining strategic direction  to assisting in the execution of the Action Plan. Daniel is also experienced in assuming active leadership roles on an interim basis and can work with owners to measure the strengths, skills and talent of members of the team. 

Clients who need exit and succession planning find Daniel has experience in developing and implementing plans to increase the value of an organization before transitioning to new ownership or becoming a candidate for potential acquisition. 

Daniel has led both startups and turnarounds in domestic and international manufacturing organizations. Daniel is able to employ continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO Based Quality Systems.



Daniel holds a BME (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering) degree from the Fenn School of Engineering at Cleveland State University as well as an MSM (Master of Science in Management) from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, and a Professional Fellow with the Weatherhead School of Management.
